Demitu Feysa, CEO
Mrs. Demitu Feysa is the founder and CEO of IntelMotion, Ethiopia’s leading elevator company. She is a visionary leader with a BSC in electrical engineering and an MA in organizational leadership. She has been elevating IntelMotion for 10 years, delivering quality, safety and innovation.
Mrs. Demitu faced many challenges as a woman in a male-dominated sector. She overcame stereotypes, discrimination and lack of support with her passion, vision and hard work. She built a strong team of professionals who share her values and goals.
Mrs. Demitu is not only a successful entrepreneur, but also a caring mother and a nature lover. When she’s not busy elevating IntelMotion, you can find her tending to her beautiful garden. She has a green thumb and a golden touch, making everything she touches grow and flourish.
